Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why do I only see the black floating frame available for some artworks?

Currently, the gallery wrapped (unframed) option and the black floating frame are the only options available for square-shaped artwork and our largest size, 60" x 40". 

2. Can a vertically-oriented print be hung horizontally, and vice versa?

By default our artwork is only able to be hung in the direction shown on our website. But if you'd like it hung in a different orientation, please reach out to info@giridesigns.com after you order (or respond to your order confirmation email) with this request and we will have hanging hardware added to all 4 sides of your artwork so it can be hung in any direction. This is free of charge.

3. When will my artwork ship?

We estimate it takes up to 7 business days to print and frame our artwork, often it is much quicker. As soon as your order ships we'll send you an email with the tracking details. 

4. Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. If you'd like to change your order, please contact us at info@giridesigns.com within 24 hours of your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

5. Can you customize the size of your artworks?

Please reach out to info@giridesigns.com with your customization request and we will do our best to accommodate you.

6. Can I change my order?

Please reach out to us at info@giridesigns.com as soon as possible if you'd like to make any changes to your order. We will do our best to accomodate those changes, but we cannot guarantee it. If your change is to a less expensive artwork, the difference will be provided in store credit.

7. What do I do if my artwork arrived damaged?

We're so sorry if your artwork was damaged during transit! To receive a replacement, please email us at info@giridesigns.com with the following photos within 2 weeks of receiving your artwork: 1. the damage, 2. the full front of the canvas, 3. the full back of the canvas, 4. the full front of the box it arrived in, 5. the full back of the box, and 6. the bubble wrap and corner protectors.

8. Why is my package not moving with FedEx's tracking?

Sometimes it takes FedEx a few business days for them to process a package and update the tracking information. If your package has not moved in 7 days, please reach out to us at info@giridesigns.com. We will consider the package lost by FedEx and issue a replacement asap. 

9. How does sizing work for sets of 2 or 3 artworks?

The size listed for our sets of 2 or 3 are for each individual piece. For example, if you order a set of 2 at the 30" x 40" size, you will receive two pieces that are each 30" x 40". 

10. Where do you ship from?

All of our artwork is printed and framed by hand and shipped from our print boutique in Florida.

12. Do your prints have texture?

All of our artwork is printed flat on artist-quality canvas. We do not add texture to our prints. The canvas itself has a slight texture to it.
