  • By default our artwork is only able to be hung in the direction shown on our website. But if you'd like it hung in a different orientation, please reach out to info@giridesigns.com after you order (or respond to your order confirmation email) with this request and we will have hanging hardware added to all 4 sides of your artwork so it can be hung in any direction. This is free of charge.

  • We estimate it takes up to 7 business days to print and frame our artwork, often it is much quicker. As soon as your order ships we'll send you an email with the tracking details. 

  • Please reach out to info@giridesigns.com with your customization request and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. If you'd like to change your order, please contact us at info@giridesigns.com within 24 hours of your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

  • Please reach out to us at info@giridesigns.com as soon as possible if you'd like to make any changes to your order. We will do our best to accomodate those changes, but we cannot guarantee it. If your change is to a less expensive artwork, the difference will be provided in store credit.

  • We're so sorry if your artwork was damaged during transit! To receive a replacement, please email us at info@giridesigns.com with the following photos within 2 weeks of receiving your artwork: 1. the damage, 2. the full front of the canvas, 3. the full back of the canvas, 4. the full front of the box it arrived in, 5. the full back of the box, and 6. the bubble wrap and corner protectors.

  • Yes, we offer gift cards in various denominations. You can purchase them directly from our website.

  • When the carrier provides proof such as an image or a signature of an item being delivered. Then if the customer claims not to have received it, it will be up to the customer to re-purchase the order and we will have to charge for it.

    If a shipment doesn't have proof of delivery and just says "delivered" then we will reship the artwork to our customers for free.

  • Sometimes it takes FedEx a few business days for them to process a package and update the tracking information. If your package has not moved in 7 days, please reach out to us at info@giridesigns.com. We will consider the package lost by FedEx and issue a replacement asap. 

  • The size listed for our sets of 2 or 3 are for each individual piece. For example, if you order a set of 2 at the 30" x 40" size, you will receive two pieces that are each 30" x 40". 

  • All of our artwork is printed and framed by hand and shipped from our print boutiques in Florida, California, and Kentucky.

  • All of our artwork is printed flat on artist-quality canvas, unless it is in ourhand-embellished collection. The canvas itself has a slight texture to it. 

  • A hand-embellished print is a print on which our artist has applied actual brush strokes to enhance the color and texture of the artwork. The artist paints using a brush or palette knife in certain areas, making the print look even more like an original painting. Hand-embellished prints are one-of-a-kind and the brush strokes applied by our artist make each piece unique. Because the artwork is hand-painted, each piece will vary slightly from what is shown. Please note that hand-embellished artwork will take longer to be completed due to the nature in which they are created.
